How to use Self Collection Point Service and collect from Collection Point?

Select Self Collection Shipping Option during Checkout

During checkout, choose the “Self-Collection Point” option.

Browse and select a nearby collection point ( with showing address and business hour)

Wait for Notification

Once your parcel arrives at the chosen location, you’ll receive a notification in the Shopee app, and WhatsApp
- The notification and WhatsApp will display the collection point branch, 6-digit PIN code, and the last day for pick-up.

Collect Your Parcel

Visit the collection point within 7 days.

Present your 6-digit PIN code or the barcode to the collection point agent.

Note: If you have made multiple orders, you will only have to provide either 1 of the 6-digit PINs to collect your parcels.

Important Notes and Terms of use of Self Collection Point
Storage Duration : 7 days, buyers must collect the parcels within 7 days
Size Limit: the parcel should not exceed 12kg or maximum dimension of 40cm each side ( Length, Width, and Height)
Checkout limit: The checkout limit for Buyer Self Collection Point orders is RM80.
6-digit PINs: make sure you get the PIN before collect parcels and do not share this PIN to anyone except the Collection Point agent.
