The worst courier ever … Yes the threads are written here are true… Keep expedite… Deadline delivery 17 Nov now 20 Nov no update whatsoever and giving lame excuse warehouse are full… The most bullshit excuse that I’ve heard.. since shopee restricted buyer from choosing courier.. I hope this company gone bankrupt.. same goes with shopee too.. that’s happened when monopoly take over … i hope Amazon or any worldwide e-commerce displace shopee that untrustworthy and dishonest about their customers satisfactory … Lazada has improved when they have been heavily criticized

The worst courier possibly could have existed. Twice had my package lost in transition, multiple occurrence of breaking my parcel, no one wants to take responsibility and 0 customer service.

The worst courier in Malaysia… I ordered 2 items from the same seller on the same day at shopee, but only 1 was delivered on time through shopee-express while the other item, of course I did not receive until today. Shopee claimed it will be delivered by 14th November now already 21st November, it has been 8 days???? are you fucking kidding me??!!! I even called their customer service and all they can say is they will try their best to expedite my package as fast as they could due to the hub is currently facing an issue; manpower shortage… All these fucking stupid excuses. I don’t understand why this idiot “Best Express” is still doing courier business… While so many complaints have been lodged everywhere, every single day, same issues.. Don’t they realize just how terrible their service is?

DO NOT USE THIS COURIER. TOTALLY WORST. JUST LET THEM GO BANKRUPT. I buy my item from china and it only takes 4 days to arrive in Malaysia. But this stupid courier service take 1 week just to move from KL to Batang Kali. But until today i did not receive my parcel. Arrive in Malaysia at 10 Nov, today is 21 Nov!!
