peram barang lama gila dah inform dua kali bagitau tapi still takda tindakan. last last barang kena return balik kat seller. The worse courier ever.

To be honest, this is terrible worst the most courier that i have been used ! if ada lower than 1 of rating ,definitely i will rating that ! better u guys resigning from keja this job ! u guys totally not deserved to served for delivery job . thank you .
Worst Customer service i ever talk to. I had no problem with the delivery time and delivery rider. Only with customer service i called nicely just to ask but they pass me a phone number to call and IT WAS A WRONG NUMBER. I called back and they said maybe the system is not updated??? And talk like there is food in your mouth.. hard to understand..

Curier paling teruk !!!!!!!! Barang dah dalam sampai hq, then rider keluar hantar barang sampai berminggu tak sampai2 rumah ??? Bila call cakap barang ade hat hq, bila pergi kata barang kat rider .. Berminggu weii tunggu !!! Dah la barang nak guna buat tambah lagi stress haihh ! Beli kat shoppee auto dia guna kurier ni tak de pilihan, n ni bukan barang first, semua barang gune curier ni dapat masalah sama. Curier paling terukkkk !!!! Plis lah jangan guna ! Harap backrup terus je lah ! Menyusahkan orang !!!!!

Just the same as other comments – WORST EVER, NO RESPONSE, I DONT THINK I WILL EVER GET MY ITEMS— Not that i want to use their service- auto assigned by shopee, so please, do not use this service. U will regret
