customer service is no help. didnt solve my problem i just want to pick up my parcel and they give me the wrong number when i called back they speak lazily and couldnt understand any word. too lazy to talk and just ask me to wait for it and called back. If not important i also will just wait like usual. Hate them my day ruined.

Not deliver the item and stated not enough capacity for so many days.
The worst courier ever!
1) The not call you or honk their car when they deliver, they just throw your package inside your compound and habis cerita, you deal with it, it’s not their problem anymore if your item is Fragile or no and if its broken.
2) No calls or messages to inform that your package arrive if you’re not home. If you call or msg them, they also not respond, they just blue tick you on WhatsApp.
3) if you are there and they send off your package, they’re so rude, they just toss your package at you and leave.
4) you complain like this, they say rude shit to you.
5) Also customer service sucks ass. Promise a response but nothing come back.
6) Goddamn slow delivery, if not, they’re not even gonna try to send your package to you and its gonna be gone forever.
7) Often times, they’d send it to the wrong address, you text them and they’ll just ask you to fuck off and deal with it.
8) My package broken sia, its them confirmed.
9) You tegur them bcuz of rude behaviour, they become more rude.
10) Goodness Lord, just in general, everything abt this courier is so shit, macam la “Best” Express 😒
There’s so many shit they do that can be listed here but I’ll save my breath and say this is the absolute worst. Don’t pick it but if you have no choice, especially on Shopee, just find other seller that don’t use this courier.
My case worst.the runner questioning the items inside the parcel when i informed the delivery was to office address. Also,put out for delivery since 4/10,but want to deliver 4 days later.itupun “kalau dia sempat”

This the courrier service very bad..they just update in the morning..from butterworth to bayan lepas need 1 day to arrived?aiyoo..please la take action..is it your customer service is a same person courier driver..he or her need to do a lot a job in 1 time..
VERY BAD SERVICE! WE NEED EVERYDAY TO FOLLOW UP WITH COURIER. OUR CUSTOMER EVERYDAY ASK THEIR GOODS. THE CS NEVER HELPFUL. NOW, ALMOST 1 MONTH MY CUSTOMER’S GOODS STILL NOT ARRIVE TO THEM!!! VERY BAD!!
