All my parcels from china, bought in Shoppe are being returned back. Simple office address. Shoppe should terminate this fucking company asap!
Paling pundek! Multiple failed delivery attempts my ass! Kau tak try hantar pun and kau tak call pun. When we called your CS, tak helpful langsung! I personally nak pergi ambil kat your HQ because I need the parcel tapi tak bagi cakap tak boleh. Courier service paling tak guna. Improve your f service or bankrupt lah!
Definitely the worst courier service I’ve ever encountered! Giving all sorts of excuses for non-delivery, from not enough time to wrong address to no such person. Seriously, how is this company still in existence?

To Shopee buyers: Don’t track your package from Best Express delivery using the Shopee app. It’s unreliable.
Instead, track directly from Best Express website or tracking.my
Only when you see the courier name and telephone number, that’s the real delivery date.
Other than that, it’s all fake
Have to wait 3 or 4 days upon arrival of your package to the delivery hub before they will actually deliver and write the real delivery details.
This is really a super BAD courier company!!!!!
Day 3-Arrived from China
Day 4-Best collected parcel
Day 5-Out for delivery 11.11am, failed delivery cause heavy rain
Day 6-Out for delivery 01.17pm, failed delivery cause office address
Day 7-Out for delivery 11.32am, failed delivery cause not enough delivery staff
Day 8-Out for deliver 10.49am, texted fb customer service, give driver number ask myself to contact. This is ridiculous! Texted driver and he respond “klu tak hujan dalam pukul 2/3 tu saya sampai sana”. I asked using motor to deliver ke? Answer is: Kereta, blh send during hujan, parcel rosak jgn slhkan saya. The rain stop during 12.30pm-3pm and the driver mention already nearby my location already not even 2km, after that will send since no rain. Unfortunately 3.02pm raining again and there is no news within the period no rain and so near.
Day 9- To be continue since the day before raining and the “BEST COURIERS” got a plenty of reason to hold your parcel which raining is one of it!

Best Express wants to make more money by purposely sending back customers parcels. They think Shopee will resend the parcel using Best Express again, do they make double income on one delivery,!
That’s why nearly all their deliveries have fake delivery notifications.
All the Best Express employees know about this dirty scheme and are complicit in it!
Shopee is also a very dirty dnd dishonest company!
