Jam 11.39malam keluar notis “Delivery attempt unsuccessful”. Lepas tu jam 1.12 pagi keluar notis “Out for delivery” pula! Dah tunggu dari pagi sampai malam!! Kalau tak buat penghantaran mengapa nak menipu?? Dah 3 hari berturut-turut!! “Best” express sepatutnya “WORST” Express!! Kurier terteruk di Malaysia!!!

Extremely disappointed!Not a good service company even customer service also bad, really UNRESPONSIBLE logistic company!! system showed that will deliver my parcel within 1-4 working day as 23/08/2023(Wednesday), but till today 28/08/2023(Monday) yet receive my parcel, call customer service informed me parcel has been delivered and I’m request a copy of Proof of Delivered by email also has not receive any reply from this Logistic company, Please, your company is under Logistic Company must really keep your responsible for good service in deliver Parcel on time to us as your customer which we have paid your company shipping fee.
