Extremely dissappointing! All my orders were delayed for about 5 days!!! 5 times unsuccessful deliveries for no good reason. If u need something delivered on time, I suggest you go to JnT instead.

Courier terpaling sial jatuh kepada Best Express. Orang beli barang ada lah Sebab nya Sebab nak pakai. Aku nakpi Bali ni baju2 Aku dari SHEIN tak sampai. SHEIN pun satu pakai courier ni Kenapa?!!!! Stress Aku ni. Harap sesiapa yang kerja courier ni dari customer service sampai ke delivery guy korang mimpi nenek tua bogel menghantui korang!!!! Fuck you gais. Tq

The worst courier company ever existed!!! For 2 days in a row delivery status stated as Out for delivery while the reality is, they did not bother to send anyone to deliver the parcel, might as well cease operation rather than keep scamming us, if only we can choose courier service @ shopee
Courier paling bodoh peram barang lama-lama buat apa bodoh.
kerap sangat “delivery unsuccessful”. cakap je la taknak hantar. masalah nya esok “out for delivery” pastu petang sikit “delivery unsuccessful” balik. lol ulang lah benda sama sampai abang jamil mampus. shitty courier service. don’t know why shopee chose u guys.
