I need to pick up from the hub myself bcs TOO SLOW!! i need to use the items urgent. When i went to the hub, there’s really a lot of parcel that haven’t be sent out!! so messy!! the staff seems lazy and rude! the lorry also just park there, not even deliver item. SO BAD!! SHOPEE PLS LET US CHOOSE CURRIER LA!!
eh please what kind of shitty courier is this? Best my foot!!!!!!!!! I have 3 parcels.. 1 was lucky to survive and was delivered after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the 2nd one is still attempting delivery (after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempt) and the 3rd parcel is being sent back to China after their failed delivery attempts. None of my addresses has ever had a problem with the other courier companies. Please la.. just close your courier company and save us all the hassle. And Shopee.. whats the point of giving us free shipping when you use this kind of courier company? I better just buy from Lazada or Zalora if that is the case.

Item stuck in BTW HUB sorting centre since 1/7/23. On Shopee, today is the last day of ETA (5/7/2023). No signs of movement at all. Tried all method available to contact and expedite, but to no avail. Shopee, you need to stop allowing such crappy shipping companies to operate under your brand!

15/6/23 make order (China). 28/6 /23 items arrived at Malaysia. 30/6/23 delivery attempt unsuccessful. Today 05/07/23 still not received my order. Shah Alam to Bangi about 1 hour drive only. Shopee please take action on this courier services.
Quite idiot for the delaying time of deliver my parcel and if you can’t delivery on time why don’t you make a self collect service?big company like this can’t even have Night Shift so that people who be working also can go and collect? all reviews here are definitely TRUE. worst courier ship ever ! 4 hari peram tak dapat2 lagi. tak boleh deliver alasan rider tak sempat, lepas tu lagi alasan rider balik kampung akan minta kawan hantarkan. Oh myyyyy….. customer kena tunggu rider settlekan personal matter ke??? paling terus tracking tulis customer request to postpone delivery. what the f***
