The worst currier service of all!!! My parcel has been out for delivery for at least 3 time and all four of it was labelled as failed delivery attempt and now they want to send it back to the seller in china now think about how bad this shit will get to me??!! I don’t want refund of any shit!! I want my fucking parcel!!
I don’t know whether their driver is not adept in using Google maps or just plain suck at their job. Waited for my parcel and took the effort to contact their driver and give exact location to my house. Tracking said parcel delivered with no proof of delivery. Rude customer service, whatsapp reply with all caps.

Very bad service get long term to posting need to customer mad everytime
order has been on “out for delivery” for 5 days now, been chatting with the service providers. The order keeps repeating the status only for it to not be delivered
and the funniest part is that it’s 8 mins drive the address. and the shipping from another country is faster than that.
make you wonder, if the package have not been able to deliver because “not enough time for driver to deliver” maybe deliver the package that they have been failing at delivering 5 times first, instead of repeating it?
Super bad service. Delay customer shipment, ady out of delivery but still take a few days to reach my place. Second time lagi teruk I waited for whole day, no deliver, then update in the system simply say that customer request postpone shipment.

As many have stated here, the WORST courier ever. Really wonder why Shopee still choose them to deliver.
Please la…close this company here..delay like crazy..simply say nobody at home, throw my package into my porch, shouting at my wife..wtf man!!
Parcel send from Menglembu to the destination of KL, Old Kelang Rd on 27/4/2023 but not arrived until 08/5/2023.
