Very bad service get long term to posting need to customer mad everytime
order has been on “out for delivery” for 5 days now, been chatting with the service providers. The order keeps repeating the status only for it to not be delivered
and the funniest part is that it’s 8 mins drive the address. and the shipping from another country is faster than that.
make you wonder, if the package have not been able to deliver because “not enough time for driver to deliver” maybe deliver the package that they have been failing at delivering 5 times first, instead of repeating it?
Super bad service. Delay customer shipment, ady out of delivery but still take a few days to reach my place. Second time lagi teruk I waited for whole day, no deliver, then update in the system simply say that customer request postpone shipment.

As many have stated here, the WORST courier ever. Really wonder why Shopee still choose them to deliver.
Please la…close this company here..delay like crazy..simply say nobody at home, throw my package into my porch, shouting at my wife..wtf man!!

Give parcel to the other house that closer?????? didn’t dare to call whatsapp for ensurement? What the hell. What if someone steal my parcel???
2 days stated out for delivery but nothing came.
I was home yesterday but the parcel was not delivered the reason they gave is because nobody at home due to holiday. I and my whole family at home and they are funny enough to label it like that.They didn’t cal or whatsapp then why i gave my number. Very disappointed.
Looked at my phone tdy and saw “parcel was not delivered because nobody at home due to holiday. Fking my whole family at home and they are funny enough to label it like dat. Ridiculous
