Teruk gila nak mampos ye best cargo ni. Beli barang dalam Malaysia je pun, seller guna courier ni hantar barang smpi kesudah tak sampai² . Due date delivery 21hb, harini dah 22hb tak sampai² . Barang dari 18hb nya tak update² tracking. BODOH NAK MAMPOS.
my item has arrived in malaysia but its been stuck at the hub for a week, no updates only “it will be transferred to the nearest station within 3 working days.” its been a week. there’s no congestion notice or public holiday. i ordered this from china a whole month ago and even paid extra for express delivery, which i expected to be fast. disappointed

This fucking courier should permanently close la. The fuck simpan barang orang tk hantar2. Ko simpan barng orng buat apa bodoh. Kalau tahu tk boleh buat keje ko jgn ambil lah. Call engko, cakap ko tk sempat suara ko baru bangun tido.
Best Express courier com wasted my time. Worst courier partner of Shopee Malaysia. For 3 CONSECUTIVE separate SHOPEE transaction within 3 weeks, Everyday failed delivery. Ended up item automatically returned to seller in China.
Shopee, Please check all delivery updates. Out for delivery and straight goes to unsuccessful. Delivery person keep miss call me 1 ring only and hang up immediately. I immediately call back multiple times multiple day and Best Express refused to pick up or doesnt even talk in the call. Never I have any issue with other courier companies except shit Best Express (3 consecutive separate China product failed delivey in 3 weeks).
One more time Best Express do this stunt on me, I will forever goes to Lazada. No more using Shopeee because of lousy shit courier company Best Express. All my discount vouchers wasted, what is the point Shopee give out. Lazada and AliExpress dont you dare use Best Express. Thank you
