It should be zero star! My parcel from taobao arrived at 3/01 then never update any process until today. Horrible service
The worst delivery company ever. Happily fail the delivery without attempt to deliver or contact.
Track my parcel arrived at Shah Alam (KUL HUB) on 6/01/24. Now 15/01/24 still same status, unfortunately buying from Taobao unable to pick other courrier service. Their portal case report will end up route you to FB messenger and will reply you they will log a case. Not even provide you a case # to follow up. This is really BAD
Shopee, for the good of your company, it is best to terminate this courier service, which is the worst service compared to other couriers. EVERY TIME related to this courier will definitely receive the message “Delivery attempt was unsuccessful”, although at the specified time and date no courier came. In addition, their staff likes to place/throw items all over the place without informing the buyer. They dont care and didn’t care that the item will be wet or damaged, stole and etc. What a damn service.
Paling pukimak punye courier, dari China elok je cepat, dh sampai sini tak gerak2, last2 kene cancel, punya la celaka!!!

The driver for best express stole my socks and said gave back to centre but then the centre say don’t have, so i see the cctv but turns out the Indian.girl the delivery driver sister even come to the house instead she stole it

1st time dpt courier ni..31/12 barang post dr pasir gudang hantar johor jaya je..hari ni 9/1 masih xtahu barang kt mana..
Sangat teruk, courier lain kalau status “out for delivery” bermakna hari tu jugak sampai tapi yang ni peram berhari-hari. 3 kali berturut-turut barang saya delay. 1st barang 9,10 hari, 2nd 3,4 hari & yang terbaru 4,5 hari walaupun seller dah call, mintak percepatkan penghantaran sebab saya urgent nak guna tapi tetap tak jalan. Tadi pergi hub cakap barang runner dah collect untuk hantar tapi esok baru hantar sedangkan saya nak pakai barang tu awal pagi esok. Last² saya call runner dia cakap tak sempat hantar, hari ni cuma habiskan area kampung Sungai Karang. Padahal Kampung Chengal Lempong bersebelahan jer. Sebab urgent nak pakai pagi esok saya terpaksa pergi rumah runner dengan menaiki motor, redah hujan lebat lagi. Whatsapp yang saya hantar kepada hub bertanyakan status parcel saya dari waktu pagi sampai ke petang tak dibaca apatah lagi untuk reply. Sangat² mengecewakan!!!
