Best Express Review – 30% not satisfied

Kindly dissolve your services, Best Express! Consistently, when entrusted with my parcels, your courier prolongs the delivery to over a week, inconveniencing me to retrieve items personally from the courier hub!

BESTExpress- The WORST courier in Malaysia. I will submit my reports to MCMC and KPDNHEP for lousy service as well as useless feedback from them after provided my enquiries to them.

This courier has problems lately. It is very unlucky to have them to deliver my parcels from China. Luckily I bought from Shopee and Shopee willing to refund. No more buying from China sellers if Shopee uses this courier to deliver. Better support local products only.

Very lousy courier.

Worst express I’ve ever seen. Parcel from China has arrived at KL Hub on 23rd Dec 23 until now 1st Jan 24 I havnt get the parcel. The status still Melaka on the way to Johor, for more than a week. I’ve called customer service and she said the parcel still in warehouse. Previous parcel from China too which also took more than 2 weeks to deliver. Ridiculous

Worse Express! Keep having unsuccessful delivery. My package just keeps getting sent from one delivery hub to another. From Shah Alam to Klang to Sg Buloh. They rather return your package to the hub then to deliver.

I am doubting the sincerity of this courier company. This is the first time I’ve had any shipment sent by Best Express on Shopee. The tracking status said my parcel arrived at the Selangor delivery hub at 0404 at 4 am on 27/11/23.

So I assumed that it would be sent to my address the following day. On my next trace, the website said that an attempt was made on the same night at 9 pm but failed on the excuse that “the recipient was unreachable by phone”.

There were NO attempted calls to my phone on the purported time and date and my whole family was at home. I don’t think they even came to my house in the morning first place. This lame tactic was also used by another courier company (could have been Ninjavan) years ago.

Why would they bother to claim that they deliver at night? Best Express could also have delivered on the following day. All the other courier companies send packages during working hours.

Shopee is also complicit in this as they were the ones who assign the courier to do the last mile delivery. I suspect that Best Express bid the cheapest tender with Shopee, so they got the contract to deliver packages.

Worst service. Out for delivery since 11 Dec 23 but only delivered on 13 Dec, after complaining to shoppee. Should change name to worst express.
