Lousy LEL Express. Did not delivered the item as stipulated in the time frame given when placing order. Chat with Lazada agent, they said there will ne additional 5-15 working days after the item reach the logistics facility as reasonable time to deliver. Just plain stupid policy. I ordered other items from other seller from same logistics facility (JB) but can deliver fast. Ask the agent to check with LEL but no help at all!
Keep saying the system will auto cancel if item not delivered after those dates. Things is you have wasted my money and my time!!
This happen just now. The courier man send a parcel to my house but its not mine. Wrong address. So i chase the van which still infront of my house. And call the courier.. To give the parcel back to him. Then… He suddenly reverse his van very fast.. AND NEARLY HIT ME! I even shout and hit the back of the van to call the man so he realise that i am standing there but he just drove away. Very fast and dangerously… Being rude is one thing…
0 star for u. Very2 bad service. Covid rises faster than your delivery. Not going to buy at lazada anymore!!!!
Very bad service for Lazada express. My order stuck at logistic facility almost 10 days without any update. Better use other courier.
Delivery so slow, if lazada courier company cannot handle the delivery nicely just use j&t courier or something else like shopee..its so hard to track the parcel while using this courier and we cant take the parcel from the courier because have no contact number or specific place!!! The customer service also bad because we have to call and waiting for long time to talk with customer service agent, and it cost my telecom credit lol..just do live chat agent laa (i means not the automatic one).. i think you can just use j&t express not your courier.. This is my first time order with lazada because at shopee, ipad that i want was sold and i already get bad experience 😉

Lexmy lately seem to be the louziest courier you can find in Malaysia. Why I said this very simple customer item had reached the district hub and the item can sit there for a few days before it will be out for dispatch eventhough the hub is only hrdly 30km away. Either the workers are too lazy to do their work or the management is useless.

This is the slowest courier service I’ve ever encountered after so many online shopping been done during MCO period. Could be certain delivery hub issue though.
My parcel has been sitting at Lel Express USJ hub for 2 days without any update.
