My order was shipped out 20th June and notified of delivery. Till now have not received purchase or any notification of delay. What happened to courier? Where is our right to know!!
I want to complaint that when both of the delivery men came I ask them to wait for me but they are not patient and couldn’t wait, they also did not wear any mask when I told them to wear mask they wear half way did not cover their nose at all, they scolded me that I also did not wear mask too but I am in my house. My parcel is a cooker he put my parcel on top of my auto gate, if it fell on the ground it will break, if it break who will pay for it? I have already told him wait for me and not to put there but he still insist to put on top of the auto gate. Their service is very bad and the driver even scold me with bad words! I want you guys to take this action immediately, next time I would not want to meet this type of person. My parcel number is 287792894830541
dah 2 kali barang saya dibuka.yang kedua hantar bekas kosong tanpa ada isinya..yang lebih bermasalah,suka2 ja tandakan yang saya sendiri terima barang tu,padahal saya sendiri pn tak tau sapa yamg terima.di tulisnya saya sendiri yang terima.
As a first time seller, the experience with lel express was too bad. The consignment notes couldn’t be scanned and the nearest drop off point would take more than an hour drive to reach.
I received my parcel via Lex Express rider name is Ragavan Narayanan with bad attitude as he not only threw my package but also key-in received by setan in delivery detail.
This customer service phone is not in service. My bf parcel since 19 May informed haad shipped and to be deliver within 21st to 24th May 2021 but till now haven’t received. Checked the number tracking mympa023568968. System down!!!where is the parcel right now..
