no star. sent a parcel to Ipoh from KL, should be able to be done next day or the day after. I sent the parcel on Monday, they tell me only Friday will arrive. if Gdex can do next day delivery, no reason Pos Laju cannot. Should just change their name to Pos Lambat.

Took over 5 hours to get the goods to destination, customers have no idea what time your poslaju prince coming, suddenly phone call ring up and expect people to open portal in front his fface attitude
Bad service by poslaju, my parcel was picked up on Friday, but until today Monday no news , check tracking just stated, OTW. This is very frustrating.
My parcel should be delivered today. But the tracking said the delivery attempt was unsuccesful due to the recipient was unknown to occupants at the premises. The delivery information was also correct. The tracking also state the parcel was out for delivery at 10:05am and i was waiting for my parcel the whole day. Such a bad service
Never improve ever. No deliver no come, was at home waiting and they said delivery attempt failed as no one at home. What bs is this..whole am pm waiting for it and no show, got the nerve to said no one at home. Wtf
