Never improve ever. No deliver no come, was at home waiting and they said delivery attempt failed as no one at home. What bs is this..whole am pm waiting for it and no show, got the nerve to said no one at home. Wtf
They will only call you when they need to collect money from you. Those that is paid, they don’t even bother to ring the bell or call you. They will just put a no one at home notice and ask you to collect within 7 days. Bloody stupid. Problem with GLC. No matter how bad their service, money still come in.
There is no excuse for bad service. Notified through tracking that parcel would arrive on a specific date and time. Then erases the appointed specific time after it has surpassed the delivery date as promised. How are we supposed to progress as a country when companies like this are consistently negligent. I will not give a single star!
Lousiest last mile service in Malaysia. Lazy delivery guy, didn’t call nor inform anything, straight flagged that receiver not available. Bad.
Segamat postlaju . Totally bad . I will give no start . My post from jb to segamat . No call no everything. Then my friends say already send back to jb . Omg . Now I need to pay again. Wat . Never aver will use this again .

most lousiest service, they never inform you when they deliver your parcel at your condo, and left it at open space for whoever to take it.
my parcel was collected by poslaju putrajaya at 19 september (tuesday) and DIDN’T MOVED FOR ALMOST A WEEK. Terrible service and so slow. Better use J&T or Ninjavan.
Worst services. Mail never reached you or got held by custom for stupid reason or item inside broken. Dont use this services unless you want more pain.
Mail will never reach it’s destination. Sad that it has to be our National Postal Service. Worst part there is no business integrity. Pointless choosing a slight economical delivery partner mean time the parcel will never reach it’s destination. Basically a redundant service.
