I have pos my parcel no.EP815388416MY on 15/10/21, until today still my receipient not receive yet. I emel to make a report on 25/10/21 and got reply from Ms Nur Fatehah Hussin, Unit Perkhidmatan Pelanggan- Unit maklum balas Pos Malaysia and she gave to me the ticket no.458901 and promis to investigate the parcel. Til today 28/10/21 i have not got any message from Pos Malaysia. Please help me to find out where is my parcel.
