Currier paling bangsat lazada tengah guna. Dont buy from lazada anymore because of this shit currier! Always fake update and take 2 week for the delivery parcel

The dumbest courier ever. Three times ordered on Lazada consecutively. All from Posstore. All orders never arrived. I wonder why Lazada is still using them.

worst courier service ever, super slow

ordered item from lazada since 7/3/24. lazada appoint posstore to deliver the item. 10 days later, here i am. still not receive anything. they failed to deliver the 1st time and put “road closure” as excuses. then no other delivery attempt were made. call the hotline (1300226186) always engaged, fb message no replies, the posstore location (banting) also not listed on google map, official website also not available.. this is the worst (terpaling teruk) courier company in Malaysia. PERIOD!

Bought something thru lazada and they chose to use posstore for their courier partner and guess what already 1 weeks til today id didnt received my parcel. Complaint to the seller, not their faults, complaint to lazada also said need to contact the courier directly, but how to contact when their number is not in service? Send email/whatsapp all also nothing no respond. At least i saw review here you all got your parcel. How about mind? From 7/3/24 til now i didnt know the real status. Please be responsible for the customer’s parcel. Im sure im not the only one who face this prob

Suspicious courier company. No info on their rider. No updates on delivery. Hotline not contactable. No one call during delivery and just mentioned as road closure/heavy traffic.

Very very bad courier service, have been waiting more than one week even though the parcel has been sent out from the same area. Don’t have any update of the delivery status. Showing unsuccessfully delivery due to road closure but the time is 9pm at night. Don’t know why lazada use this courier company. Very disappointed with this courier service.

The worse ever courier service. Show my status failed to attempt delivery due to road closure / heavy traffic since 4days ago! All my rest parcel delivered successfully everytime and there is no road closure. Not even can call or get any contact to rearrange!! Just keep waiting for 4days with same status!

Worst… Never use this courier… Don’t buy from seller who use this courier cause your will never know when your goods is going to arrive and whether they will arrive. They don’t update their tracking do until like that better close shop and do everyone a favour.
