Dah tiga hari status parcel maseh tak update. No movement. Lembap!
Bad service need to keep calling customer service still no movement until no choice to ask for refund, then 2 days arrive. Why such service, if can’t handle let other courier company handle, waste our time and your bad reputation will badly affect your company business.

Suka simpan barang lama² . Dh boleh rasanya tutup hub(mp3 sorting centre)
Seller dah pos sebaik saja pesanan dibuat tapi Shopee Express masih lembab. Barang masih di sorting center berhari-hari tak bergerak. Amat menyedihkan perkhidmatan yang diberikan oleh shopee express ni!!! Ini bukan berlaku sekali ……ini dah menjadi trend untuk shopee express untuk mengambil masa lama untuk hantar barang kami ke Sarawak. Kami tak ada choice untuk pilih courier lain. ………..kalau pakai J&T, Pos Laju, Ninja dan etc, 5-7 hari dah dapat barang yang dipesan.
Jom buat petition against this mfking courier. Aku sebagai seller di shopee, tersangatlah kesian dekat customer dan sakit hati dengan shopee express.
