Skynet Review – 80% not satisfied

Worst experience – Purchases made on 2 Feb 2024 with estimated delivery date by 9 Feb 2024. The delivery was not only late, it is finally out for delivery today (16 Feb 2024) but I have yet to receive it. Now, I am wondering when will be the actual delivery and how long it’s gonna take. Hence, I will not recommend this courier company at all, there are better ones out there. I gave my review on other platforms such as google, facebook etc and feedback the same to the seller, hoping more reviews to help raise other consumers’ awareness so they wouldn’t go through the same shitty experience

My shopee seller make the biggest mistake of using this terrible SkyNet service to ship an item from Semenyih to Old klang Road KL, It’s already 1 week since the seller shipped it with SkyNet and yet the item is still not delivered. My advice to all future online sellers be it Lazada or Shopee, avoid using SkyNet at all cost or you will get complaints from your buyers. SkyNet is a totally hopeless courier service and don’t even worth a single star.

Skynet’s delivery service is very unprofessional. The box was already opened when I received the goods. When we asked the delivery man why the box had been opened and the box was cramped, he refused to explain further and took the box to his car and drove away. Within minutes, he was reporting in the Lazada system that the recipient declined at the doorstep. Later that afternoon, after we called their (Skynet) branch in Banting, he came back, placed the package on the floor outside our office, and left without notifying us. When we took the steamer out of the cramped box, we discovered that one of the plates was broken. This was the most unpleasant online shopping experience I have ever had.

Skynet is the nightmare for E-Commence in Malaysia.

My items were in their warehouse for 1 week hibernation, it could be longer i guess, bcz I haven’t receive my items after 2 weeks place order to a lazada seller. Tracking system shows items arrived in subang jaya warehouse since last week….

The negative reviews below from other customers are what I am experiencing as well. I guess since they are contracted by iHerb, Skynet does not treat us good as we are not biz customers per se. I am waiting for delivery of medication for family member. The tracker mentioned that it has arrived at the warehouse (12km from my house) and being delivered (5 working days now). For 12km – around 20 minutes. I called few times to ask if they have lost the medication, they denied. They promised they will call back but did not. I told them I don’t mind paying additional for another delivery company to collect from the warehouse but they mentioned that another outsourced third party has taken the parcel, hence they don’t know the whereabouts

Useless courier company. I am not sure how lazada can take them as delivery partner with such poor record. Bought stuff from Perak, but this courier send my stuff down south when my address is at northern region. After that there is no more movement. People are saying this is a scam by declaring lost or marked as delivered but items didn’t receive by buyer.

The worst courier company in Malaysia. Delayed my parcel for 2 weeks. Gave me empty promises twice yet not deliver. They don’t even worth one star. Lousy to the max!
