What it means for J&T tracking status for On Hold – Uncontrollable Situation / Keadaan Khas ?  

Normally it means your J&T Express parcel delivery has been temporary denied due to some reasons. These reasons are not permanent and should be able to resume for delivery within few days or within 14 days.

The uncontrollable situation might due to the following reasons ;

1. Parcel Overload at CDC or Hub
2. Lack of Man Power during MCO (Due to the SOP )
3. Warehouse closed for sanitization
