Flash Express Review

the carrier did not tell us whether our parcel had been sent or not. He never delivered to the front of our house but instead put our parcels on a shoe rack or in a motor basket. I can’t take it anymore and now I want immediate action besides my parcel was lost because he put it at the wrong address. Carrier name is Naqiyuddin Bin Baharuddin

saya dah 2 kali ada masalah dgn flash nie.

1. saya beli parcel dari tiktok terpaksa menunggu sehingga 2 minggu. status “out for delivery” tu sampai 5 hari. bila saya contact number rider yang sepatutnya hantar parcel saya, dia kata dia dh lama berenti. end up saya refund order tu sbb terlalu lama out for delivery.

2. saya beli parcel hari jumaat sebelum puasa. sampai skrg jumaat nie pun, parcel belum sampai. padahal saya duduk KL ja, parcel nya stuck di klang sampai seminggu. sila jangan peram parcel saya lama2.

Status di Tiktok,item delivered to customer.Olh krana sy hnya tersilap dftar nombor telefon,rider Flash Express tlh mngmbil smula item tsb apabila dpt respon ‘silap rmh’ drp pelanggan yg nombor telefonnya yg sy tersilap isi. Sy brjaya hubungi rider tsb dan dia brjanji mnghntar item tsb pd keesokan harinya (5/3/24).Tp dh lbh 7 hr sy mnunggu,item tak kunjung tiba.Rider tak pick up call n customer service tak respon aduan sy.Item sy bernilai rm194,takkan sy nk senyap je.At least respon lh hal ni.Klau sy bli mlalui shopee,byran tak kn release slagi planggan blm mnerima item tsb.Ni mlalui Tiktok,byrn sucess tp item tak dpt.

My estimate delivery should be 10-12 March but until 14march still stuck in the johor hub,..I wanna use that thing I ordered 15hb..why so hard to delivery the parcel???

Flash Express, you didn’t pick up my call. My parcel has been stuck at Petaling hub for almost 4 days now. Please, be responsible.

This is the worst courier service ever, they will keep calling to change delivery day and never show up. Then give false update delivery not successful, or cannot contact or even send fake proof of delivery pix. Happened to me twice, I was the one who was even calling the courier to follow up . He didn’t call me only once around 7pm to tell me he wouldn’t make it until the next day then repeats the same cycle. I will call in the morning, afternoon and evening he won’t answer then call back 7 to 8 to tell me he will come next day. Really really horrible, they delayed my parcels so much that the occasions I ordered them for came and passed and then they delivered. Really Really useless service.

I can be considered as patient customer, but this one can’t be tolerate at all. Like how tf few days passed but the item still not updated yet. Because of your late it gave me difficulties.

Nak cakap slow pun tak layak sebab melampau slow. Dah la slow, tak update status. Berhenti la buat kerja ni. Bagi kat orang lain je.

very disappointed with flash express.. item shipped out on 9/3/2024 and arrive on 15/3/2024… im very disappointed with the company…better use jnt or shopee express.. the delivery fees not even cheap..the courier distribution route was so f@cked.. supposed the item from KL to Batu Pahat..but the distribution goes to jb from KL wtf..then goes north again just to sent to Batu Pahat .. good luck with this courier. i fucking hate it
