Flash express area kedah punya service sangat sangat terukkk. Suka peram brang. Naik noty out delivery out delivery, sudahnya sampai seminggu x delivery pon. Pastu call cakap buat part time ja n x tau rumah. Orng nk bagi location rumah cakap tau dah rumah. Sudahnya sampai sekarang brang tu x sampai2. Nama courier TAK SESUAI langsung dengan services. SLOW! Satu star utk rating pon senanya x layak pon. Zero star.

Please change your company name. It doesnt suit and doesnt reflect to your company service at all. Maybe you can consider Rudest and Not Express name. Said parcel on delivery since 12 pm. Then at 8 – 9 pm, i dont know if rider or maybe someone at your center assigned to make short short misscalled just to update the tracking status and saiiiiddddddd nobody present and nobody picked up their call and my parcel was detained.

Delivery rider Azura Ab Aziz was being very rude.

I don’t wish to receive my parcel from her anymore

My parcel has been stuck at Klang since 14/03/2024, but has been moving to Hulu Langat. Now my parcel gonna be hold there since 18/03/2024. What terrible service. Better closed your company. If dnt wanna improve ur service.

My parcel is still stuck at Klang sorting centre since 15/3/2024. According to tracking page, today they will try to deliver but till now no one came to my house for delivery. My house is in Cheras but they sent to Klang for sortation. What a joke!! My another parcel from other courier company already reached me just now. Flash express is the worst cos till today no delivery, emailed customer service no reply and called person in charge of the branch no response. Totally lousy service!! If got zero rating here, I will be the first one to give.

I have never felt compelled to write a negative review about a service until now. It appears that many others share my sentiments, as evidenced by the numerous negative reviews. The service provided was subpar, and the call center was unresponsive and failed to answer or return calls. The delivery person attempted to make a delivery but called halfway through to inform me that his vehicle had broken down. He promised to deliver the next day, but when I tried to contact him on the same number the following day, there was no response. Four days later, there was still no sign of the delivery. I contacted Lazada directly, and they expedited the delivery within 48 hours, with a refund to be issued if the delivery was not made within that timeframe.
