Flash Express Review

Rating is zero, officially the worst ever courier service in malaysia, disgusted with the service, 5 days parcel was without scanning, only after i called, they said they will open report, now best part is customer service says they cannot make calls out so cannot update me, all sellers alert do not use these jokers please, absolute worst, morning says my parcel is out for delivery but nothing happend all day

It is officially the worst delivering company in Malaysia. They lost all of my parcels. Many times, and their customer service kept delaying for more than a week. And they never even reply to the Shop.

my parcel is in the status of delivery at the morning but i have not received my parcel even though I waited until evening. I message the person who sent my parcel that I waited for him at home but he did not even read my messages. Please seller if you want to sell goods, use jnt because when I used jnt, I got my parcel. Very disappointed with flash express.

beli barang dari shopee, tiga hari out for delivery tapi smua acah2 tkleh contact penerima. keje dia suka missed call pastu bila orang call balik dia letak. apooo?

None of my orders ever reached my address. They also love to call you but hang up after a moment of silence. Then syok-syok claim can’t contact the customer. Cycle continues.

too bad service.. order placed from TT 8/2… after cuti CNY, parcel still not deliver.. until today(19/2)i didn’t accept my parcel… reasons on tracking” cannot contact the recipient “… they call me with too many different numbers n when u call back.. they didn’t pick up until the end call.

I wanna know, why courier man need to call before send parcel? shopee . lazada never call customer , but parcel delivered on time… courier just sent photo of delivery tp customer.

Stupid flash express, rider keep call delay and delay but then keluar message bagitau customer rescheduled the delivery !!! Bodoh ke , dh la barang urgent .. please la seller jgn pilih company ni kalau nk hnta barang… service bodohhhhh

Penghantaran sangat sangat sangat lambat…. Berminggu minggu tunggu sebab unsuccessful to delivery tiba² customer reject the parcel…. Tak tahu bila aku reject…

Worst service!!! Jenis runner pun pemalas nak mmpos naik rumah nk anta barang. Call sekali je bila org tk angkat trus declined order org. Org dh bayar laa!! Flash express sptutnya ikut mcm pos laju n jnt!!! Dorg punya service mmg tiptop. Tk mcm flash ya sgt sgt teruk!!! Aku tggu brg aku berminggu!!! Korg buat kje mcm mana niii??!!!

Fuck flash Express… memang keymark lah service mcm nii lahanat….babiii, seller tolong lah lepas nii jangan yg guna FLASH EXPRESS keymark nii ….taikk betul….aku dah lah order barang emergency….flash cam ****…..
