Delivery guy named Awang Syahrul Azwan bin Awang Sekebi was so fucking rude!!!! Accusing me of lying just because i didnt pick up his call. No brain, no manner. After i call him back and sound sebakul pun belom tentu ada otak lagi. Bangang tahap dewa!

The worst courier service I have ever encountered. I still haven’t received my parcel. It’s in the centre which is only 20 minutes away from my house. Already 2 days but they haven’t found the time to send it though. Next, for raya holidays will be be closed for god knows how many days. Your service should be renamed to Snail Express!! I would give 0 stars if can!!

Very bad service, driver has poor attitude, we follow the timeline given, no driver at doorstep !!!!

Suddenly change status to arrived, no parcel / proof at all. Whole day got people at home, no one even hear/see the delivery vehicle. Hantu ka driver2 flash ni?

And have audacity to scold costumer. No issue at all with other delivery service. We know how to track parcel and will wait / contact driver based on our situation. Seriously, dont ever use this courier service if you notice no changes in bad review

The worst courier company I hv encountered. Tracking no after 1 week still no Information found. Plus, the delivery man so rude and no attitude especially Courier man in Melaka.

bad service…item out for delivery 2 days ago but untill today did not receive the item….the delivery man said the item he just scan but other’s delivery man take the item….how come it happen….now the delivery man said he search where the item and will send to me soon….this is not my first time order from tiktok….

Parcel sepatutnya deliver semalam tapi dispatch call mintak hantar the next day. Kita cakap boleh lepastu terus dia end call, sorry takde thank you takde. Harini dia call marah sebab dia ws kita 2 jam lepas mintak location tapi kita belum reply. Lepastu tengok history delivery tiba2 semalam tulis couldnt deliver bcs the customer rescheduled the delivery date. Memandai je padahal dia yang nak reschedule

Penghantar barang sangat rudeee !!!!! No manners !! Call pakai whatsapp, bila angkat takde suara dia salahkan customer. Dia marah2! Sgt biadap !
