Flash Express Review

The parcel was soo late to arrive. It took me a day for it to arrive. He took it on 30/8/2023 morning and the parcel arrive on 31/8/2023. I waited like a fool 😔 even JnT will send their parcel on the same day they took it..I hope my parcel won’t be in this courier again.

Rider area perak also rudee..the delivery order was upstair but the rider dont want to go up said that not his job..when the rider call and said already arrived af down stair i said need to send follow the address the rider turn of the phone without informing back he will send back the pakcage…so for me its to rudee..always give me a reason ..they have many package to delivery not his job to send upstair to follow the delivery address?? What?

I am a seller of Lazada platform. I found that this courier service is the worst ever. I got many buyers complaint to me that parcel always delayed, missing, broken and rude attitude. I had enough of this and I have to stopped this selling platform till they change to another courier service. I also informed all my buddies not to use Lazada anymore till it has been changed. Giving us alot of problem since using this lousy bad courier service. If you do not treat your customer well and better close down the company pls…………
