Parcel sepatutnya deliver semalam tapi dispatch call mintak hantar the next day. Kita cakap boleh lepastu terus dia end call, sorry takde thank you takde. Harini dia call marah sebab dia ws kita 2 jam lepas mintak location tapi kita belum reply. Lepastu tengok history delivery tiba2 semalam tulis couldnt deliver bcs the customer rescheduled the delivery date. Memandai je padahal dia yang nak reschedule

Penghantar barang sangat rudeee !!!!! No manners !! Call pakai whatsapp, bila angkat takde suara dia salahkan customer. Dia marah2! Sgt biadap !

Terrible do slow, not flash at all

Tulis da delivered tp 1 brg pon xde.. Da 3 kali dorang hantar brg sy tp xde 1 parcel pon smpai kat sy… Sgt teruk..

Order at lazada 27/2/2023 seller post out at Batu caves,13 days not arrived PJ!!!! Call then they answer will be arrive before 30/3/2023!!! This call flash????? Afica also arrived already, stupid

The worst courier company I hv encountered. Tracking no after 1 week still no Information found. Never use this courier company.

The item ship from jb to skudai. Actually its really nearby. Within johor also. If i just go take the item it will be less than 1hr travel. But now this parcel has took about 7day. Its really really long day to wait.

I have been using flash e xpress for more than 50 items delivery… everytime got problem..

1) delay to pickup

2) Have to chase down delivery agent to collect

3) problematic in arranging delivery caused some of the parcels damaged/broken

4) Avoiding the fully insured delivery for damaged and lost parcels

5) non refund/insurance claims completed up till now.

6) FUKING RETARD SERVICE SWEAR TO GOD I WILL FUK THIS COMPANY UP
