No star for J&T BEAUFORT Sabah. Very Bad service. All sellers should stop from use this service. They never deliver parcels to front door and yet they keep forwarding msg multiple deliver attempt failed! Lousy worker too. They just want customers to have parcel at their place! Eventhough it took only 5.7km (8mins) distance from my house (housing area) They stop delivered parcel over 2 years as they told us not enough manpower. So what? that is not our problem. Solve your problem!! We’re paid for your service! Not ask us to come to collect at your office. I am really sick of this, waiting for hours to pick up things at your office! I really hate J&T Beaufort service! ZERO rate for you!Show more
Rude and uncompromising. Told them to leave the package on the gate but they threw it in my compound saying it was raining. I’d rather my item be wet than broken.
I sent documents using J&T cardboard envelope for delivery to Shah Alam. My documents were damaged by their staff but J&T refused to compensate for my loss and not even reimburse courier fee. I even sent new replacement documents again to the same recipient using J&T but no compensation for the first shipment nor reimbursment of courier fee. This is the last time I am using J&TShow more
Most lousy courier. Didn’t deliver but put in their system I refused to accept goods and scan return. Their staffs seems to want to punish their customers if they complaint.
They are shit. Lost my item.
My parcel already handed to J&T on 11 July 2024, up until now 19 July 2024 still I haven’t receive my parcel. Just close your business if you don’t know how to manage your service! Don’t just simply apologise because of this and that, at least inform us where the parcel at. Tf is wrong with your service J&T??!!Show more
Terrible, can’t even track the delivery and took 4-5 days to deliver a item from KL to JB?? What the hell of this courier service
Fast delivery, but the condition of the parcel when it arrived was terrible. I even put fragile sticker all over the parcel and a note to remind the delivery person to handle it carefully, and yet the box arrives in crushed condition. It’s my first time using this service too. Not a good first time impression.Show more
It’s terrible, the delivery guy call the sender (sender was then in Thailand not in MY) while he is on delievery….i don’t understand….im the receiver but ended he go call the sender, then no answer, OBVIOUSLY…..so he put parcel delivery status “being rejected”; by me the receiver whereby i nvr received any calls or whatsapp or he ever come to my place!! Ended parcel being returned to the center, and when sender go to center and check and try to re-deliver the package, we were being told need to pay one more time for the delivery fees…….It’s not the money problem, it’s YOUR SERVICE, YOUR DELIVERY GUY’s mistake, why ended up we have to bare the cost???????
