J&T Express Review – 40% not satisfied

Send goods from KL to JB site. My customer informed 1 parcel lost. I’ve contact customer service Miss BALQIS. She is very good able to help and found my parcel. Thumbs up. Well done JNT Miss BALQIS.

Kenapa eh semua j&t saya call tak angkat ? Barang saya dah sampai 24hb lagi dekat j&t kota bharu tapi harini dah 28hb belum hantar lagi ?! Nak simpan berapa lama barang orang tu eh ? Eh dalam tu takde benda berharga pon lah korang nak tengok . Bukan ada fon ke laptop ke apa . Eh tolong la , for the first time barang aku sampai lama dah tapi belum juga cod . Haritu pon beli sama juga , dalam masa 1-2 hari je dah hantar tapi nim dah 4 hari belum juga hantar . Fikirlah sikit eh , barang orang nak guna tu pahal kau nak simpan lama lama ? Jangan buat semak la . J&t kurir yang paling bermasalah . Tak pernah lagi aku beli barang and kurir lain hantar sampai 4 hari . Kurir lain sampai harini , harini juga hantar . Tapi j&t 24hb lagi sampai tapi 28hb belum juga hantar .

Sy x berpuas hati dgn courier jnt perempuan yg bernama nur farah dyana binti mohd fadzhir…..saya tak ada dekat rumah die hntr barang tp die x wassap saya.die just call then borak dengn orng lain.kLau wassap bolh tinggal duit.ni tahu-tahu barang reject kata coustumer reject.saya tak pernah reject barang tersebut.sebelum ni tak pernah terjadi.kalau bolh saya tak nak nur farah dyana tu yang hntr barang.sbb die buat endah tak endah sahaja

Horrible courier service. The staffs are rude and the company not irresponsibility. They are irresponsible for damage parcel and shirk responsibility. Poor service

Delivery to wrong address on more than 1 occassion. Rude driver sometimes and lazy drivers can’t be bothered to ring the door.

Jnt problem .Ambil la staff yang bertanggungjawab.Ini Kerja cincai.Buat delivery tapi barang tak sampai..tiba-tiba updated customer don’t want to received.Tak mahu buat delivery jangan sibuk buka company.

Bought shoes from Shopee and I never received my parcel even after 1 month. Now my other parcel also facing the same problem with J&T Sabah.

J&T don’t deserve a single star from me. I paid for insurance and they came up with 1001 reasons why I am not eligible to receive the claim even I have went through their packaging guideline and did exactly what was told. After I showed proofs with photos that I have met their guideline, they kept quite until now
