Extremely unprofessional delivery service. 30 doorbell rings in 30 seconds? Really?

Barang Dari 12/12/23 Masih stuck dkat klang sampai sekarang takde apa2 action.. still pending. Dah submit report n complain pun Masih xde tindakan.

It has been more than 2 weeks for my order of a myr699 hepa purifer. My dad is in the hospital and i need it urgently but the status has been stuck on “assigning a driver” for more than week. Because of this we went and actually buy a purifier from an electronic store. Very disappointed.

Avoid J&T !! Very unethical and irresponsible practice. I paid for my documents to be sent in a sealed envelope. But when they negligently tore my envelope, they just returned it to me without any explanation. Upon checking they claimed that I sent a torn envelope and refused to refund my paid amount. I felt like being SCAMMED because they can just collect our money but can choose not to perform the task they are being paid for. The way they handle customer issues is dysfunctional as well.

Perkhidmatan penghantaran sangat-sangatlah teruk, di kk saja pun ambil masa mau dekat 3 minggu baru ada pergerakkan barang. Lain lagi barang dicop hilang,

My shopee seller make the biggest mistake of using this terrible SkyNet service to ship an item from Semenyih to Old klang Road KL, It’s already 1 week since the seller shipped it with SkyNet and yet the item is still not delivered. My advice to all future online sellers be it Lazada or Shopee, avoid using SkyNet at all cost or you will get complaints from your buyers. SkyNet is a totally hopeless courier service and don’t even worth a single star.

Skynet’s delivery service is very unprofessional. The box was already opened when I received the goods. When we asked the delivery man why the box had been opened and the box was cramped, he refused to explain further and took the box to his car and drove away. Within minutes, he was reporting in the Lazada system that the recipient declined at the doorstep. Later that afternoon, after we called their (Skynet) branch in Banting, he came back, placed the package on the floor outside our office, and left without notifying us. When we took the steamer out of the cramped box, we discovered that one of the plates was broken. This was the most unpleasant online shopping experience I have ever had.
